2nd Grade Unit 2.4 Poetry

2nd graders have been learning about alliteration and onomatopoeia. This activity consisted of them following instructions to make a 2 part flapbook. Then, they sorted sentences and glued them under the alliteration or onomatopoeia flap. They always enjoy making foldables and the activity was a success!

In another activity, students had to cut and glue words that completed the alliterations.  Great job, 2nd graders!
